Refund policy

Since every TinyThread item is custom-made to your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the embroidery.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@tinythread.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will remake your order or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Cancelled orders: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, production may have already started and cancellation is not possible.
